By playing on Aeternis you agree to follow these rules across every realm. Enforcement is at staff discretion and ranges from a warning to a permanent ban depending on severity.
Fair Play
01- No hacks, cheats, speed-edits or memory editors of any kind.
- No bots, macros or auto-clickers — every action must be performed by a real player.
- Exploiting bugs, dupes or unintended mechanics is strictly forbidden; report them to staff instead.
- Third-party tools that gain an unfair advantage will result in a permanent ban.
Accounts
02- Your account is personal — never share your login with anyone.
- Buying, selling or trading accounts for real money is prohibited.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account; secure your email and password.
- One player may not abuse multiple accounts to break event or economy rules.
Conduct
03- No scamming, phishing or impersonating staff or other players.
- No racism, hate speech, harassment or threats in any chat channel.
- Keep public chat civil — excessive spam, flooding or advertising is not allowed.
- Respect other players and the community; toxicity ruins the game for everyone.
Trading
04- In-game trades are final — double-check items and Zen before confirming.
- Staff will not reimburse losses from player-to-player scams; trade with trusted players.
- Selling in-game items or currency for real money outside official channels is forbidden.
- Use personal shops and safe-trade windows; never hand items over on a promise.
Staff & Support
05- Staff decisions are final; appeal calmly through the official support channels.
- Never impersonate Game Masters or Admins — staff will never ask for your password.
- Submit bug reports and disputes with clear evidence (screenshots, timestamps, names).
- Harassing, baiting or threatening staff will lead to immediate action on your account.
