Aeternis runs on the official Windows (64-bit) client — Windows 10 or 11 recommended. There's no native Mac, Linux or mobile app; many players run it on macOS or Linux through Wine or a Windows virtual machine, but only Windows is officially supported.

No. Aeternis is a long-term, non-wipe project — your characters, items and progress stay with you forever.

Once you reach max level you can reset to grow stronger and climb the rankings. Reset rules and rewards vary per realm — check the Server Details page for grand resets, reward stages and points per reset.

Castle Siege is the weekly guild war (Sundays at 20:00 server time). The winning guild rules the castle for a full week, collecting tax income and exclusive Lord perks. The Castle Siege page shows the current holder on each realm.

Sign in and open your Dashboard → Security. You can change your password (4-10 characters) or email there — it takes effect instantly and you stay signed in.

Contact staff through a support ticket or Discord with proof of ownership (registration email, character names). Staff will never ask for your password — don't share it with anyone.

Open your Dashboard → Character & Account Tools and use Force Disconnect / Unstuck to clear a stuck-online state. You can also reset stats, clear PK and teleport to town from there.
